These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 3k vi platform and all services operated under it. By registering, opening an account, playing any game, or making a financial transaction, you agree to be fully bound by all terms stated here.

3k vi serves only those individuals who are eligible to participate in this type of online entertainment service under the laws of their own country or region. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country.

2.1 Eligibility to Register

2.3 Account Security

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

3k vi currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Requests typically take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.

Large withdrawal requests may be delayed until account verification is complete. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not currently supported.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning the bonus amount must be placed in bets 10 times before any winnings from it can be withdrawn. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the balance ৳3,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer applies to one account once only, unless the specific terms of the offer state otherwise.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• 3k vi reserves the right to change, limit, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the relevant account and winnings may be cancelled.
• Transferring bonuses from one account to another is prohibited.

4.3 Other Promotions

All ongoing promotions — including weekly reloads, slot bonuses, birthday gifts, referral rewards, and weekend cricket offers — have their own wagering requirements and validity periods, which are clearly stated in each offer's details. All promotions are subject to these terms.

5.1 Commitment to Fair Play

All games on the 3k vi platform are conducted fairly and impartially. Any manipulation, software tampering, collusion, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If evidence of such activity is found, the account will be closed and all balances forfeited.

5.2 Bet Limits

Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Separate limits may apply when placing bets with bonus funds.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to server outages, network problems, or software errors, 3k vi will make every effort to recover the result of that round. However, under no circumstances will abnormal winnings arising from an error be considered valid.

3k vi's VIP program has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback on weekly net losses applies at each level: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, up to 0.8% at Platinum, and up to 1.0% at Diamond. Weekly cashback is calculated at the rate for the member's level based on total losses minus total winnings for that week.

Advancement to a higher VIP level depends on the member's playing pattern and consistency. The specific criteria for level changes are determined and may be revised at 3k vi's discretion.

Cashback example: a Gold level member with ৳20,000 in net losses in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Registering with false or altered identity.
• Bonus abuse or risk-free betting (bonus abuse / arbitrage).
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or algorithms.
• Colluding with other users during play.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
